The Beacon Suite room hire is inclusive of:

  • Room hire from 9am- 5pm or 7pm – 1am
  • 8 x Banquet round tables
  • 80 x chairs
  • 8 x White table cloths
  • Also included our Hawthorn Suite for buffet area with buffet table and cloths

Price is inclusive of VAT; price is inclusive of the above being set up in the room but does not include any staffing for your event.

 

The Lounges £1800

  • Price is inclusive of VAT; price is inclusive of the lounges set up as lounge area.

Room hire is inclusive of:

Corkage:

Please note that the consumption of your own beverages is not permitted on our premises and all drinks must be bought from us or corkage prices will be levied as follows:

  • £25.00 per bottle of spirit
  • £8.00 per still bottle of wine
  • £15.00 per bottle of sparkling wine/Champagne
  • £3.00 per bottle of soft drinks (1.5lt)
  • £3.00 per carton of juice
  • £3.00 per bottle of still & sparkling water
  • £3.50 per bottle of Beer/Ale/Lager

Food disclaimer:

All events supplying their own food must sign a food disclaimer form.

Staffing:

All self-catering events exclude Holiday Inn Birmingham M6 J7 staffing, if you would like us to staff your event please advise your co-ordinator and they will be able to advise you of the separate costing for this.

Kitchen hire:

Kitchen use/hire is excluded from all self-catering events, the hire of the kitchens would only be available on a Sunday and this would be subject to availability.

Accommodation:

We would be delighted to offer a discounted rate for your guests to stay overnight with us, please ask your co-coordinator for price.  Your negotiated bedroom rate will be available up to 28 days prior to the wedding date; once this date has passed the rate will go to the best available rate. All bedrooms must be guaranteed with by a credit card.
